We anticipate the needs of our clients and we recruit the best possible candidates on a proactive basis. We utilize many sources to recruit our candidates including our strong referral network. Many of the candidates that we place are referrals and are not actively looking for a job. They are looking for a career change offering more opportunity and challenge.

In order to provide the most qualified candidates our industry experts:

We work as a team on every order that is placed with us. Our objective is to fill the position with the most qualified candidate in a timely manner. Once we have identified and presented the opportunity to qualified candidates, resumes of potential candidates will be presented to you along with a summary listing the following information:

  • Availability

  • Comments on their strengths and previous accomplishments


At MYRecruiting, it is not our intention to barrage our clients with numerous resumes of unqualified candidates. We pride ourselves on presenting only qualified candidates. We also offer a risk-free guarantee for our temporary employees and a 90-day pro-rated replacement guarantee for our direct-hire candidates.
We will make a quality assurance call on the first day and throughout the assignment, in order to ensure you are satisfied with the temporary employee’s performance. If you are not satisfied with the temporary employees performance we will replace the temporary employee with a more suitable candidate. If you are not satisfied within the first day of the assignment, you will not be billed for the hours worked, based on our risk-free guarantee.

We are fully bonded and insured. TFI, Inc. will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration for the temporary employees we assign to your company. We pay our temporary employees on a weekly basis via direct deposit or check if preferred.
Direct-Hire Candidates
We offer an unconditional a 90-day pro-rated replacement guarantee on our direct-hire candidates.
