Go Green Initiative
McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting has developed a “Go Green Initiative” that cuts paper usage by 90%. We make a conscientious effort to use our systems and limit our paper output. We have invested in database technologies that are not only more efficient for our clients and candidates, but have also drastically limited our carbon footprint in an effort to limit environmental waste.
Disaster Recovery Community Relations
McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting is committed to helping the environment. We have been associated with staffing and recruiting in prior environmental disasters, and our effort will continue with the recent gulf oil spill. We work closely with Volunteer Houston’s disaster relief organization as well as Hands on New Orleans to do our part in helping the environment and community as a whole. The gulf coast oil disaster has impacted many lives and will continue to do so; in turn, we need your efforts to help limit the damage in gulf by donating time or resources. McIntyre Youngblood and its staff are putting time, effort, and resources into initiating a network with BP. We are seeing what we can do within the staffing industry to recruit as many potential employees in the accounting, finance, legal and IT fields as necessary to help contain the oil spill, preserve life in the gulf, and limit further damage. In the mean time, consider volunteering; every bit helps.
Disaster Recovery - Technology
McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC relies heavily on technology. We invested heavily upfront in our infrastructure to aid our growth and ensure we are continually competitive in a rapidly changing technical world. We have procedures, plans, and technology in place in the case of a technological glitch, human error, or natural disaster. McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC confidentially secures all of our client’s information, and has invested numerous resources to make sure that our database will be functional and protected.
McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC maintains hard copies of candidate files for contact purposes in the Houston and New Orleans offices. In response to hurricanes Gustav and Ike, which devastatingly hit the Gulf Coast region in September 2008, we opened of our Dallas office to be better equipped to handle any future disasters and to maintain operational.
