With 10+ years of recruiting knowledge Jessica Anderton directs sales and recruiting activities for the New Orleans and Dallas markets. Since 1997 Jessica has represented national staffing firms in Texas and Louisiana. Jessica managed multiple national accounts and on-site operations while with Kelly Financial Resources, RHI and Ajilon Finance. Additionally, she was a regular radio personality representing OfficeTeam in the New Orleans area. Jessica studied psychology While at Tulane University. Jessica has continually proven herself as a leader in the staffing industry for the last 10 years.
Tina Eaton Recruiter
Prior to joining the Dallas operations of McIntyre & Youngblood Recruiting, LLC as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Tina Eaton joined Encore Retail as Controller for the Retail, Multi-Family and Construction Divisions. As Controller she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and cash financial reporting to the Board of Directors, construction loan funding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, bank reconciliation, cash management, year-end expense reconciliation’s, and on-going development of the accounting structure to assure accurate, timely and reliable reporting.
Ms. Eaton has twenty five years of commercial real estate experience for both publicly and privately held companies, such as Trammell Crow, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Hillwood Development. During her career she has been involved in due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, company public offerings, and development of client relationships.
Ms. Eaton is a Certified Public Accountant, State of Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Business of Business Administration from Amberton University.
