  How does your fee structure work?

MYRecruiting follows a standard contingency search model. You pay a one-time referral fee when you hire a candidate that we present to you. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the first year base salary of the employee. In this way, you pay MYRecruiting only if we are successful in placing the right candidate.
