The Houston office opened on April 1, 2007. Due to the success of the New Orleans office, the Houston office was opened to increase the candidate base and market presence in both cities. Our Houston office specializes in all divisions which include accounting/finance, legal and IT professionals.
Danya McIntyre Bogart Founder
Danya McIntyre Bogart manages the day to day operations of the Houston office but other key recruiters are Lee Youngblood, Jessica Anderton and Amanda Babin.
Mary-Helen Roy Giles Recruiter
Mary-Helen Roy Giles joined McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC with over 10 years of staffing and Human Resources experience. She started her staffing career in 1999 with Robert Half International, working in four different divisions over the years. In addition to experience establishing a new office and growing new lines of business in the Houston area, Mary-Helen served in several management roles and was a mentor to numerous staffing professionals over the years.
Mary-Helen is originally from the New Orleans area, has her BA from East Carolina University and an MBA in Human Resources from City University’s Cass School of Business in London, UK. She serves as the Regional Alumni Representative for East Carolina University and is a member of the Junior League of Houston, Women’s Finance Exchange and Turnaround Management Association. Mary-Helen is also an active volunteer with the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
